Also present at the trade fair, organised by IFEMA, there will be Spanish manufacturers with a long family tradition, such as Maquinaria Viñas, Subal and Formex, which focus on personalised customer service, always seeking out the best solution for each specific case. Internationally, there will be involvement from giants such as Ferneto, from Portugal, one of the largest manufacturers of bakery equipment on the Iberian Peninsula –with a plant of about 10,000 m2-, and oven specialists such as Wiesheu and Eurofours.
As regards cold equipment, Infrico, the leader in Spain in the production of commercial refrigeration equipment, and the multiple award-winning Irinox will be showing solutions designed for food preservation, essential for pastry makers who want to preserve the genuine flavour of their desserts.
And for the master chocolatiers, there will be two must-see exhibitors: Savy et Goiseau, which supplies material in the service of the artisan chocolatier, and FBM, which offers machines for chocolate, biscuits and from “bean to bar” production.

It will be held at Feria de Madrid, from 19th to 21st February 2017 with one goal: to become the meeting point for suppliers and professionals; but also for manufacturers and distributors, students and colleges, pastry chefs, bakers and other groups linked to the market in Spain.
The trade exhibition of products and services will be further enhanced by numerous parallel activities, including technical demonstrations, talks of interest to professionals, presentations of new products, national competitions and other content that will be organised to enhance this important industry event.
