Josep Pascual is one of the most internationally recognized Spanish bakers. He is currently dedicated to consulting and training, giving courses on his particular baking method, not only in Spain but also in other countries. He has participated in numerous international championships, achieving awards such as first prize in the 2006 World Bakers Competition in Rimini or first prize as captain of the Spanish team in the European Championship-Louis Lessaffre Cup.
Pascual gave a masterclass, organized by Grupo Molinos del Duero, as part of InterSICOP LIVEConnect. A session in which he spoke about techniques and elaboration processes to achieve quality bread.
