Gaudí by Beor Bakery Equipment, an InterSICOP exhibitor, is a line to produce ciabatta and breads with hydrations from 50% to 100%, always depending on the flour.
It has a maximum versatility of sizes and weights, being able to make pointed, round, and hexagonal pieces, among others. In addition, it is connected to wireless screens, WiFi and Ethernet to enable control of the machine from a distance.
