One more year FROZEN ESPAÑA will go hand in hand with all those associates who wish to attend the various fairs to be held throughout 2022, in Spain. One of the main objectives of the Association will be to continue promoting and informing about the quality of the frozen product and how to work with it.
The third week of February will be when it will be held at IFEMA Madrid, InerSICOP, the first international fair of the year dedicated to bakery, pastry, ice cream, coffee and equipment. The organization expects the participation of 300 exhibitors and the presence of 30,000 visitors and professionals from 50 countries. These demonstrate society's growing interest in this type of products as they are all increasingly healthier thanks to the industry's own innovations.
"One of the big problems we have historically encountered in the frozen food sector is the lack of information about our products and how they maintain all their properties when they reach the consumer's table, one of the fundamental pillars throughout this 2022 is going to be to make known both in the fairs we attend and through other types of actions, a direct communication to change this vision that exists about our products," said Simon Raul Moreno, president of FROZEN SPAIN before closing various agreements with the fairs to be held these months.
The FROZEN space will have 32 m², which will be divided into two modules of 16 m² from which a collaborative environment will be promoted. Based on this will be: Bocatas del Chef, Helados KTC, Nordwik Helados, and one of the latest additions to the entity, Costumes Galicia, with its traditional Galician empanada, who will be located next to the FROZEN stand.
