Frigomat, an Intersicop exhibitor, has renewed its professional machines in the GX series for producing, exhibiting and selling freshly-made fresh ice cream.
These new machines have innovative features that respond to environmental and professional needs. For example, the refrigeration circuits are more powerful for even faster production and refill cycles and for superior texture quality in the ice cream; removable cooling units simplify maintenance; the insulating ring prevents the formation of ice in the cylinder; the version with remote cooling units reduces water consumption, while the design optimises performance in use. Not forgetting the patented dedicated spatulas that, by means of a practical system for fastening/quick release, protect the product against all forms of contamination. How do they do that? The part of the spatula in contact with the ice cream is placed in the freezing cylinder area at a negative temperature, keeping it safe from any kind of contaminant through the transparent dome. At the same time, the handle is kept out of the production area, at room temperature, so that the display appears tidy and uncluttered.
