For more than a decade, Cremdis has been manufacturing biscuit bases, available in multiple combinations of flavour, texture, format and colour, which are the result of combining cutting-edge techniques and artisan pastry recipes based on fresh and natural ingredients such as flour, sugar and egg. Now, it has gone one step further by receiving this certification.
IFS Food is a food safety standard recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) to audit companies that manufacture food or that package in bulk. It focuses on the safety and food quality of processed products.
