CEEAP, the artisan pastry chef hub at InterSICOP LIVEConnect

The Spanish Confederation of Artisan Pastry Entrepreneurs has organised a fascinating series of conferences in this online face-to-face edition with the aim of boosting the pastry sector’s visibility.

24 Feb 2021

The Spanish Confederation of Pastry Artisan Entrepreneurs ( CEEAP ), organiser of some of InterSICOP’s stand-out events, such as MMAPE and the Pastry Students Contest, will also be playing an important role in the InterSICOP LIVEConnect online edition, to be held from 1 to 28 March.

As stated by its president, Miguel Moreno, “CEEAP will actively participate in the fair during the second week of March, bringing more visibility to the sector through the planned sessions. This will be a virtual hub for all professional pastry artisans.”

Moreno has high expectations for InterSICOP LIVEConnect, “fundamentally, I hope that it will be a gathering to unite the sector with new market trends and professionals offering the latest news.” He also thinks that it will serve as “a tool to contribute ideas, boost the visibility of baking, and galvanise commercial activity.”
