Catesmix launches a 100% wholemeal bread mix

Following the entry into force last July of the new bread quality standard, InterSICOP exhibitor Catesmix has created a 100% wholemeal bread mix that preserves all the nutrients in the grain and provides a large amount of fibre.

It is made of wholemeal flour and wholemeal sourdough, solely composed of flour and water. This way, Catesmix gives professional bakers the option to meet the growing demand for natural food products.
