

Carpigiani: ice cream processing and sale in the same modular system
The Italian company is always at the forefront of ice cream technology.
InterSICOP 2022 will be the framework in which Synthesis 2 will be unveiled. It is a new modular system that allows freezing, storing and serving ice cream in a single solution, directly in front of customers and without interrupting the cold chain.
The basic module consists of an elegant workstation complete with two independent cylinders equipped with the functions for pasteurizing and freezing the mix, as well as storing the ice cream. In addition, the optimum storage temperature can be programmed for each cylinder. Thanks to the LCD display with pre-installed programs and the Hard-O-Tronic ice cream consistency control, patented by Carpigiani, it is possible to constantly monitor the values of the programmed consistency and that of the ice cream being prepared.
