InterSICOP 2022 will welcome Cacao Barry's Evocao™ WholeFruit Chocolate 72% dark couverture. Made entirely from the cocoa fruit, it provides a different experience with a freshness that is especially accentuated in the taste, with tropical notes of mango, lemon, mandarin, passion fruit and cocoa pulp. 

The personality of this black couverture is the expression of cocoa fruits from the Dominican Republic and Ecuador.
