Bridor Legumi, breads with legumes full of proteins
Available in two formats, they are suitable for vegan diets.
Bridor, Intersicop exhibitor presents the range of breads with legumes Legumi that, besides being a great source of protein, suit vegan and flexiterian diets.
Made with a mixture of T65 wheat flour, T65 sourdough, chickpea flour and green lentils and inclusions of coral (red) lentils, they offer a surprising flavour, a soft crumbiness and a golden and crunchy crust thanks to a hard semolina wheat coating.
They are available in two formats: a 140 gram baguette for a healthy snack and a 300 gram Batard bread to accompany the different meals of the day, from breakfast to dinner.
