Prodotti Stella has already gathered the data from the national survey “The perfect ice-cream”, the purpose of which is to come as close as possible to the ideal experience that consumers want at an ice-cream parlour, as well as to promote an artisan ice-cream culture. The company has decided to divide it into blocks, so that it is representative of the industry. This year it will focus on the path that users travel from the time they leave their house to their choice of ice-cream parlour. The actual eating of the ice-cream will follow in subsequent seasons.
Massimiliano Ceccato, manager for Prodotti Stella Iberia, will present the results of this extensive study on the 25 February 2019, at 11:00 am, within Intersicop, the International Bakery, Pastry, Ice Cream and Coffee Show organised by IFEMA from the 23 to 26 February 2019 at Feria de Madrid. In addition, the ice-cream parlour that achieved the highest participation by its clients in the campaign will be rewarded with a trip to Italy for two people.
