The Confectionery, Bakery & Ice Cream Sector Gets Together at InterSICOP 2022 from 19th to 22nd February at IFEMA MADRID

Some 175 companies will present the latest machinery and ingredients for bakery, pastry, and ice cream at the show's next edition, from 19th to 22nd February at the IFEMA MADRID Exhibition Centre.

Next 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd February, IFEMA MADRID will be the venue for this get-together of the Spanish bakery, pastry, ice cream, coffee & equipment industry. This latest edition of InterSICOP will be an unmissable event for the full recovery of these sectors.

On this occasion, 175 companies will be presenting the latest developments and trends in ingredients and equipment. Numerous parallel activities will complement the extensive commercial exhibition of products and services. These include technical demonstrations, presentations for professionals, presentations of new products, national competitions and other content to add value to this sector get-together. As well as an occasion for creating and activating business opportunities, InterSICOP will be the stage for the MMAPE 22, the Fourth Spanish Ice Cream Championship, the Third National Pastry Students Championship, and the Fourth Fourth Artisan Bakery Championship. There will also be the Bakery, Pastry & Ice Cream Grandmasters Seminar, the Forum Women Bakers, a full programme of InterSICOP Forum technical talks, and much more.

Special Equipment, Machinery & Technology Edition

Under the TecSICOP brand, the Fair will promote the equipment, machinery and technology for the different sectors covered by the Fair. Its goal is to encourage and speed up sales processes and equipment renewal and offer the channel improved efficiency and competitiveness in its production processes.

This event is designed to satisfy the needs of the entire value chain of the bread, pastry and bakery, ice cream and Horchatería, and Coffee sector. Participants will include coffee roasters, operators, equipment and machinery manufacturers, Office Coffee Service (OCS) and suppliers of the disposables and capsules that have become an essential feature of the Bakery-Coffee sector in recent years.
