To participate, you must have purchased your pass in advance from our online ticket service. On rare occasions, when your payment method is not available on the ticket service, we accept payment by bank transfer. Requests should be sent to [email protected].
If the event is not sold out, it is possible to purchase an Access Pass directly on site (while stocks last).
Please note that passes cannot be exchanged, modified or refunded, except in the event of cancellation of the event on our part. We remind you that reselling your pass is illegal, and we reserve the right to cancel the pass in question in the event of a problem.
Before the event, you must print all your proofs of purchase. This is essential in order to obtain your final pass.
We announce guests gradually, as soon as we receive signed contracts. We cannot disclose the names of actors or actresses with whom we are in contact before these contracts are signed, for reasons of confidentiality.
There are different types of passes, depending on the type of event. Their price is not fixed and varies according to the convention/fans and the costs involved. Having a pass is mandatory in order to access the event, as the pass is what includes entry to the event.
We generally offer different types of passes with varying degrees of benefits, such as priority access to extras, the opportunity to sit in the front rows of the panel room, etc. Some passes allow access to panels (question and answer sessions with guests) and various activities, while others do not. Be sure to always read the pass description available on the event page.
Depending on the event, some passes may include extras. This is not always the case, so please refer to the pass description on the event page for more information.
Of course! However, you must complete a parental consent form, which you will submit at registration, along with a copy of your parents' identification. Only a parent or legal guardian may sign the form. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult during the event.

Admission is free for children aged 3 to 5, provided they sit on their parents' lap. Admission is charged for children aged 6 and over.

We want you to enjoy the event to the fullest. To guarantee you the best experience, please contact us as soon as possible after purchasing your pass and let us know your requirements ([email protected]). We will assign you a preferred seat and priority access to extras (photo sessions, autographs, etc.), minimising waiting times.
In addition, a member of staff will be available to assist you with anything you may require.
Whenever possible, we print your photo immediately after taking it. If the location and conditions allow, we work with a supplier that offers instant printing so you can take your souvenir home with you without having to wait.
When immediate printing is not possible, photos will be printed throughout the day and will be available shortly afterwards. The collection point will be indicated at the event. We guarantee that all photos will be printed before the end of the event. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you do not collect your photo because you leave early.
Did you know? You can also receive your photos in high-definition JPEG format by email. This works with a single package, whether you have one or several photos. Just fill out the "digital photo" form you will receive at the start of the event and hand it in at the extras shop for payment. Photos are sent within one month of the event. During periods with several events, delivery times may be slightly longer, but we do our best to send them as soon as possible.
