SUCARN launches its precooked 5th Range ready meals at Meat Attraction 2023

The company expands its range of its precooked 5th Range ready meals for restaurants and presents its international select meats.

Sucarn, the company specialising in the marketing of meat products and by-products to wholesalers, will be present at Meat Attraction'23. Sucarn will once again surprise at this show with the quality and novelty of its products. In addition to its select beef and dry aged meats, this year Sucarn will be presenting its fifth range. Portions of meat cooked at low temperature and which only require a final touch to obtain select dishes. With its 5G, Sucarn is committed to providing restaurateurs with stress-free haute cuisine solutions.

Sucarn is excited to be back at Meat Attraction. Among the new products, its recently launched veal cheek cooked at low temperature and with the sous-vide technique stands out. This dish is added to its 5G offer made up of its already famous and emblematic German-style knuckle or its Tex-Mex pork ribs. As its director, Carles Juvanteny, explains, "with our fifth range we offer an exceptional product designed especially for restaurants. Our aim is to offer a solution: fast, convenient and with an excellent product for restaurateurs".  

Sucarn will also be presenting its top-of-the-range beef at this edition.

The company, a benchmark in select international meats, includes in its catalogue the best cuts from different origins, such as: Black Angus, Simmental and Wagyu. In this edition, it will be showing among them the innovative JUKU, an old Wagyu cow from Japan. The director of Sucarn explains that "we want to consolidate our position as a supplier of the best meats in the world". He also highlights the philosophy that has characterised the company since its beginnings: "Sucarn's main objective is to achieve and offer each customer what they are looking for.
