José Luis Gancedo, in constant evolution and expansion of the company, both nationally and internationally, we expanded our facilities in 2016 with a new headquarters located in Pol. Ind. P-29 in Collado Villalba. It has more than 3,000 m2 dedicated to cutting room, tunnel and freezing, production, processing and packaging of ready meals (fifth range). Our star dish is the Madrid-style tripe, made with the highest quality products, selected from the origin to the final consumer. In different packaging formats, 400g microwaveable plate and thermoformed packages of 500g, 1kg, 2kg and 5kg. Next are lamb trotters in sauce, filleted tongue in sauce, whole cooked tongue and pork tripe. At present we have incorporated a new range of products such as beef cheeks roasted in their juice, beef cheeks with Pedro Ximénez, beef cheeks with sweet red peppers and pork cheeks with curry.
