CARNAVI attends its first Meat Attraction with a focus on quality
Carnavi is a family company founded in 1988 and dedicated to the production of white pork products. Located in Ávila, it has its own cutting room and drying sheds, and distributes its products to all types of customers in the Peninsula.
It is currently made up of a team of 25 people who work with passion and always focused on their customers, so that they can enjoy the best meat with the maximum guarantee of quality.
The quality of the product is in fact one of the hallmarks of the company. Since 2018, Carnavi has been certified by AENOR in the ISO 22000 Food Safety and Safety standard, and recently, in 2022, it obtained certification in the ISO 9001 Quality Management standard, also from AENOR.
The Avila-based company was also recognised in 2022 as the first Spanish meat industry to obtain the AENOR certificate for its management model based on the Sustainable Development Goals, focused on the 2030 agenda. This certificate reinforces Carnavi's idea of combining innovation and tradition. Working with local farmers and manual methods, with a catalogue that includes all types of pieces traditionally obtained from the white pig, both fresh and cured. But it is also constantly working on new processes and new lines of pre-cooked, preserved and vegan-friendly products.
This will be the first time it has attended Meat Attraction to present its products and make itself known on the international market.
