Vandermoortele innovates in the pastry business

From puff pastry tartlets to apple slices. The company launches six products for six different moments.

Vandermoortele, InterSICOP LIVEConnect exhibitor and European benchmark in the margarine and fats sector designed for pastry professionals has launched six ideal products to meet the needs of customers at different consumption times: 

  • Berry, Hazelnut and Pistachio Cake: a rectangular cake made with seeds, cereals, blueberries and hazelnuts decorated with pieces of hazelnuts, pistachios and redcurrants. A new addition that nods at the healthiest trends in the market. 
  • Pear-Choco Tart: an exquisite combination of a puff pastry tart made with margarine, filled with chocolate and decorated with a marvellously juicy half pear.
  • Sugar Apple Slice: thin puff pastry slice made with margarine, filled with creme patissiere and apple slices and sprinkled with sugar. An ideal classic for any time of the day. 
  • Doony’s Caramelo Art Craftie: with chocolate-flavoured coating and decorated with caramelised almonds and caramel-flavoured spirals. 
  • Doony's Kids Craftie: with milk chocolate-flavoured coating and decorated with pieces of caramelised chocolate dots of different colours. Kids love El Doony’s My Crafties. 
  • Doony’s Pink White Choco Craftie: original Doony's covered in white chocolate and decorated with white chocolate chips and crunchy freeze-dried raspberry. 
  • Doony's Craftie Mixed Box: mixed box with all three Doony's Crafties.
