Panidor, an exhibitor at InterSICOP, has won the Sabor do Ano 2020 award in the innovation category for its carrot and ginger bread. This is an innovative recipe, filled with nutrients, so you can start the day with energy.
This bread is made up of two foods that are very healthy for the body. Carrot is an excellent source of carotenoids, potassium, fibre and antioxidants, which promotes visual health, prevents premature ageing and boosts the immune system. Meanwhile ginger acts as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent, helping with weight loss, speeding up the metabolism and relaxing the gastrointestinal system.
