With the aim of offering bread that reminds us of the one we ate when we were little, Madripan, an InterSICOP exhibitor, has the Tradition range. Breads in which it uses the best raw materials and a stone oven, two essential elements to achieve a homemade flavour. 

This family is made up of seven reference types (mountain, rustic, Mediterranean, "tight" bread, sandwich, diamond and harlequin) in which the company shows its years of experience and knowledge in the sector.
