CompactLeo is a waterjet cutter that adapts to all types of products and trays/boards.

Beor Bakery Equipment will exhibit at InterSICOP 2002 CompactLeo, a water-based dough cutter for fermented doughs, including gluten-free doughs. 

It can perform a wide variety of cutting styles, adapting to all types of products and trays/boards (up to 1,000x1,000 mm), and memorizing them by means of very simple and intuitive recipes. In addition, it offers the option of cutting by means of a blade. And its effectiveness is unquestionable; for example, it can cut a 16-tier trolley in less than two and a half minutes.
