TRÓPICO Spain presents the brand PALTAVO, which will be present at INNOVA HUB with its new avocado mayonnaise
The new Malaga-based company PALTAVO has created the first avocado mayonnaise. The so-called "AVONESA" will be present at the INNOVA HUB in the framework of Fruit Attraction 2022.
The new sauce is made from natural ingredients, with no additives, egg, gluten or lactose free. It will be marketed in different formats and will have two variants: mild and spicy. Avonesa is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
PALTAVO's products are made using the natural HPP (High Pressure Processing) method, a cold food processing technique based on the application of high levels of hydrostatic pressure transmitted by water that maintains the flavors and nutrients of the products.
The company will also take advantage of its visit to Fruit Attraction, the most important trade fair for the fresh fruit sector, to present to customers and distributors the rest of its product portfolio: mild guacamole, spicy guacamole and avocado pulp. The guacamole offers as a differential value the presence of pieces of avocado pulp, so its texture is very similar to that of a homemade guacamole.
PALTAVO is a new brand, PALTA the common name for avocado in South America and AVO the root of the Anglo-Saxon term, avocado gives rise to its name, which was created as a manufacturer of fresh avocado sauces. Its work is aimed at large-scale distribution and HORECA, providing fresh and healthy recipes where avocado is the main protagonist.
PALTAVO is located in the Axarquia region of Malaga, cradle of the Spanish and European subtropical. It will be located at stand F05A in Hall 10 of IFEMA and during the 3 days there will be showcookings to highlight the creativity of the sauces in multiple recipes.
PALTAVO is participated by TrÓpico Spain (Exceltrop S.L), an avocado producer and marketer that is also located in the Axarquia region of Malaga. TrÓpico Spain was born in 2011 and closed 2021 with a volume of 25,000 tons of fruit.
