The fourth edition of Biofruit Congress will focus on the most sustainable demand

Organised by Eurofresh Distribution and Fruit Attraction, Biofruit Congress will kick off with its first digital session on Thursday 17 June, with a second session at Fruit Attraction on 5 October

On 17 June, the fourth edition of BIOFRUIT CONGRESS will be kicking off through zoom. After the success of the previous international editions, which welcomed more than 400 attendees each, Eurofresh Distribution Magazine and Fruit Attraction are launching this new event, which this time will include a second in-person session on 5 October during Fruit Attraction at IFEMA MADRID. 

The main European purchasing centres and international institutions including the European Commission will share their analyses and strategies to respond to growing global demand for fresh organic and sustainable lines. They will analyse consumer behavioural trends since the onset of Covid-19, looking at how to optimise the new EU regulation and the other value chains beyond Organic, including those of European flexitarians, particularly zero-residue and biodynamic products.
