Press accreditation
ARCO will issue press accreditations exclusively to active professionals covering ARCOlisboa 2026: journalists, photographers, audiovisual operators, and specialized content creators.
No accreditations will be granted to staff from marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, agencies, events, or companions who do not perform journalistic duties nor produce content solely intended for the coverage of ARCOlisboa.
Accreditations are personal, nominative, and non-transferable. Applications are individual. The system accepts only one email address per request.
The fair management reserves the right to grant or deny accreditation in all cases.
Steps to apply for your press accreditation:
- Access and complete the form by clicking on the button "Press accreditation form".
- The system will ask you to attach a scanned copy of your valid press card issued by organisations, associations, professional bodies and trade unions for the print and written press registered in Spain, or by organisations belonging to the International Federación Internacional de Periodistas (FAPE). Failing that, attach a copy of an article published in the last three months signed by you, or a letter from the media outlet you work for confirming your journalistic work.
- The application form is for individual use. A different email address must be used for each application. Applications for accreditation for teams as a whole will not be accepted.
- Communications departments of institutions, associations, companies and NGOs are not considered press. Audiovisual production companies and exhibitors’ communications, marketing, advertising or public relations agencies must request an exhibitor pass from the client.
- If you are a content creator on digital channels (YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, Podcast or Blog), the accreditation application process is the same, provided your channel meets these requirements:
- Minimum channel age: 1 year
- Content related to the trade fair sector.
- Followers:
- Social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and TikTok) → over 8,000
- Blogs → over 6,000
- Podcasts → over 4,000
- Must have more followers than accounts followed
- A maximum of two accredited persons per channel
- IFEMA MADRID’s Communications Department assesses each press accreditation application on a case-by-case basis.
- If your application is approved, you will receive an email containing a link to the registration portal, where you can download your press pass to your mobile phone. If your application is rejected, we will contact you.
