Arancha Priede Leza leads IFEMA MADRID's Business Management, integrating the institution's different lines of activity - Trade Fair Business, Business Development, Innovation and International, Conventions and Congresses, Public Fairs and Leisure Events, Planning and Control, and Services and Customer Experience - and driving the strategic axes of diversification, internationalisation and digitalisation.

A civil engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, Arancha Priede Leza has held senior management positions in large companies such as Urbaser, where in recent years she has held the position of general manager of investee companies in various sectors; Clear Channel, as director of Development, Institutional Relations and Operations; Iridium-ACS-Dragados, as director of Concessions Development Area in Europe and Spain, and Acciona, as commercial director of Acciona Concesiones, among others.

Her professional career has been noted for her capacity for project management, business development and institutional relations, as well as for her leadership in the management of multidisciplinary teams at national and international level, and her strong negotiation skills and strategic vision.
