A total of 212 direct exhibitors plus 81 represented companies will present the latest in machinery and raw materials for the bakery, pastry and ice-cream industry in the upcoming edition of the Trade Fair, which will take place from 23 to 26 February at Feria de Madrid.

Andrés Mármol, Joan Baixas, Pablo Morales, Pepe Isla and Raúl Bernal will comprise the panel of judges for this competition, organised by the CEEAP, to be held at Intersicop 2019
The results of the “Perfect Ice-Cream” survey, led by Prodotti Stella, will be made public on the 25 February 2019. Many users filled out the survey and participated in the give-away of important prizes such as Ipads or drones.
