About Albert Oiknine
Albert Oiknine is one of the most prestigious designers in Moroccan kaftan making, presenting sophisticated, feminine and elegant pieces that convey the essence of Moroccan craftsmanship with Western influences. His garments are inspired by the beauty of long evening dresses and are made with a special interest in volume, lace and embroidery, including the use of elements such as pearls and stones.
He is considered the designer of reference for the Royal House of Morocco. His "Caftan du Maroc" collections have been shown on international catwalks in Paris, Berlin, London, New York, Chicago, Milan, Doha, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Albert Oiknine's outfits have been worn by celebrities such as Aishwarya Rai, Noémie le Noir, Melita Toscan Du Plantier and Myriam L'Aouffir Strauss-Khan. The designer has also organised private fashion shows for Middle Eastern princesses and international actors such as Will Smith. He has also created film costumes for Tom Hanks and Amira Casar.
