Sveba Dahlen: extremely flexible ovens

The company will showcase two new ovens at InterSICOP 2024: S Series and Artistas Deli.

Since 1948, Sveba Dahlen has been manufacturing and marketing ovens and machinery that adapt to any type of establishment, from bakeries to pizzerias, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels or catering establishments.

At InterSICOP 2024, Dahlen will have a stand where it will present many new products such as the S oven series that offers perfect baking in a variety of combinations of mini rotary oven, stone oven and bottom proofer in different sizes. With an easy-to-use panel and optimised processes with integrated proofing, the S-Series guarantees highly flexible baking of a wide variety of products in a small footprint.

Artista Deli

Another of its other major launches will be Artista Deli, an electric tunnel oven that takes up little physical space, has a high baking capacity and reaches a baking temperature of up to 450°C/842 °F. This reference is capable of baking bread, stone-baked pizza, focaccia, flatbread, pita bread, Arabic bread, Persian bread, naan bread, etc., while remaining energy efficient.

Extremely flexible, Artista Deli is a 3-in-1 oven, as it offers the possibility of replacing the included stone hearth belt with a perforated or solid steel belt. In this way, future investments can be reduced and a larger part of the bakery's production can be covered.

Being modular, it is possible to increase the oven capacity and baking area by adding a total of three oven sections with 1.35 m2 of additional baking area per section, reaching a maximum baking area of 4.02 m2. In addition, the installation is fast.
