The company will present advanced bakery machinery at InterSICOP 2024.

For more than 30 years, Ciberpan has been working with the latest technology to manufacture the most advanced bakery machinery.

Equipment such as the BM universal boarding machine for loaf, baguette and small bread, which automatically places the already formed products in trays of 1,000 x 1,000 mm. With a power of 4 kW, a weight of 1,600 kg and dimensions of 500 x 120 x 200 cm, it can board a maximum of 40 pieces/minute, has an aligning clapper with canvas options for boarding 1-2-3-4-5 pieces per channel and is controlled by PLC with touch screen and recipe book.

Among its specifications we find motor movement with adjustable speed by inverters, can movement by 50 mm wide polyurethane belts, mechanical and electrical protection against overloads, and pneumatic can elevator with Ø50mm piston, with double working safety, patented system.

Artisan bread

Another machine to be highlighted is a dough weigher for fermented doughs that is completely different from the rest of the volumetric dividers. This model is capable of dividing leavened dough as if it were divided by hand or with a hydraulic divider, without degassing or punishing it.

Perfect for making artisan bread in an automated way, it is controlled by an easy-to-use screen, stores up to 40 different products, works very well with doughs of high hydration (from 50% to 90%), offers a maximum production of 1,200 pieces/hour, and has a stainless-steel hopper covered with non-stick Teflon with a capacity of 50 litres and electronic control of the piston stroke.
