Much of the fresh fruit and vegetables that we consume every day have traveled hundreds or thousands of kilometers to reach their destination. This transit is a major challenge faced by producers, exporters and logistics companies, creating the need for advanced monitoring devices.

In the case of fresh products, it is essential to monitor parameters such as temperature, humidity and cargo location. Every day it becomes more and more necessary to have reliable information in real time with which to make the most appropriate decisions at the right time. The information available in real time allows to have the peace of mind of knowing that the load is in good condition or to alert about any incident that is occurring during transport and to foresee measures to minimize losses.

At BION, aware of this reality, we have developed RTL+ (Real Time Logger +), a solution for advanced monitoring of data such as temperature, humidity and location of the cargo. RTL+ is the best solution to monitor, manage and control temperature sensitive products in real time throughout the supply chain.

It is an easy-to-use system that provides cargo visibility at an affordable cost. Simply start the logger and place it in the container. Data is transmitted in real time for up to 60 days.

Each RTL+ logger transfers the recorded data via mobile data to the BION WORLD cloud platform, a unique and exclusive service for BION customers. BION WORLD is easy to use and user-friendly, allowing remote access to information through any device at any time from anywhere in the world.

RTL+ operates in a range between -20°C and +30°C so it is recommended for a wide range of applications, such as cold chain logistics, freezer monitoring in grocery stores, fresh fruit temperature monitoring, greenhouse and agriculture monitoring, temperature monitoring in warehouses, etc.
