Sevenox presents its intelligent air control technology for the fruit and vegetable sector, designed to optimise the shelf life of fruit and vegetables throughout the supply chain and combat ‘food waste’
Our solution is based on the on-site generation of Sevenox cold plasma from ambient air, acting directly on the compounds responsible for product ageing, particularly ethylene. This smart control slows down natural physiological processes, reducing accelerated ripening and improving product stability during storage, handling and transport.
Our system integrates easily into storage chambers, packing tunnels, logistics centres and refrigerated transport, always working in conjunction with the existing airflow (evaporators or air conditioning). This allows for uniform and efficient distribution without the need to modify existing infrastructure.
