MELQUIADES brings its first two pre-cooked products and other innovations to Meat Attraction
Melquiades, a company from Zamora with more than 60 years of history and specialized in the manufacture of both Iberian and Duroc pork hams and sausages, presents its latest product innovations at Meat Attraction.
It stands out new formats to reach new customers and facilitate consumption by adapting to new habits. From chorizo and ham taquitos, sliced chorizo to Iberian ham cut by hand with knife and packaged in a protective atmosphere. Melquiades is committed to maintaining the natural curing of its hams and shoulders in its drying rooms in Guijuelo (Salamanca) and for promoting its chorizo within the Zamorano Chorizo Guarantee Label, highlighting its recent incursion into organic manufacturing with a first product such as Extra Organic Chorizo Biotapas packed in protective atmosphere with a new format of sliced chorizo.
As a result of his collaboration with the Ermitaño Restaurant (1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Suns) Melquiades will present at the Fair his first two pre-cooked dishes made with his Iberian meats and ready to taste: Iberian Collar Pastrami with vegetables sauce and tempranillo, and some Iberian Meatballs with seeds and ginger,
