Meat Attraction and Hostelería de España announce Meat Attraction Hotel and Catering Awards
Meat Attraction, the leading trade fair for all operators in the meat industry, and the Spanish Catering Industry have joined forces within the framework of this Fair, which will be held from 6 to 8 March, to hold the Meat Attraction Hotel and Catering Awards, aimed at traditional hotel and catering establishments with an 'expert' positioning in the meat product and its preparation (rotisseries, grills, etc.).
The aim of this new award is to promote a passion for meat and to link its consumption in hotel and catering establishments.
The participating establishments in Madrid, which can register through this website, will display a badge on their tables, through which diners will be able to vote for them. The winners will be the three establishments that receive the most votes in the period between 13 February and 5 March.
Customers who participate in the evaluation of the gastronomic offers will be entered into a draw for two vouchers worth €150, which can be redeemed until 30 June at any of the participating establishments.
All the hotel and catering establishments interested in participating will receive the material to collect the evaluations and votes of their diners by means of a digital application that will speed up the preparation of the final report.
During Meat Attraction, specifically on the 8th March, there will be an awards ceremony with the participation of representatives from the trade fair and the Spanish Hotel and Catering Industry.
Meat Attraction, organised by IFEMA MADRID and ANICE and held from 6 to 8 March, is the only trade fair dedicated to the meat industry, a key industry for the hotel and catering channel. In addition, coinciding with HIP, the largest event aimed at the hotel, restaurant and catering channel, generates great value and opportunity for all professionals.
