About Menchen Tomas
Olga Menchén studied at Escuela de Artes y Técnicas de la Moda in Barcelona. After finishing her studies she worked as a fashion designer for theater, cinema and TV.
In 1995 she founded Menchen Tomas.
Menchen Tomas designs, produces and manufactures its own Prêt-à-Porter, Evening and Bride collections. It also produces tailor-made and bridal designs. Furthermore all styles from Collections can be made to order.
The entire production process is located in Spain, which allows a continuous monitoring of all phases in order to guarantee the best quality on the final product.
Between 1995 and 2001 the collections were shown at the Salón Gaudí’s catwalk. From 2013 they have been showcased in MBFW Madrid and in the 080 Fashion Week Barcelona.

The Memento collection was created as a tribute to the essence of the Menchen Tomas woman, who has shaped the brand's DNA since its inception more than 30 years ago. A free, sophisticated woman who is aware of her power and turns every gesture into a style statement.

Handcrafted details that dialogue with tradition, reinterpreted in a modern key to underline the timelessness of the brand.
The colour palette is inspired by memories turned into symbols. Intense tones that convey character alongside soft nuances that suggest introspection and memory. The selected fabrics reinforce the narrative with silks that caress, structures that envelop and transparencies that hint.
Memento is not just a collection, it is a manifesto. An invitation to celebrate the identity of the Menchen Tomas woman, recognised in every fold, every cut and every detail. A woman who does not follow trends, but creates them, who does not simply dress, but transforms fashion into her own language.
