About Flabelus
Beatriz de los Mozos, CEO and founder of Flabelus, studied Law and graduated as a lawyer from the University of Valladolid in 2014. She worked for a year as the first junior M&A lawyer in the Madrid office of White & Case. She left the firm to follow her dream and pursue the postgraduate program in Comparative Politics at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she graduated with honors. She then continued her legal career in London at Chenavari Partners Fund of Funds, where she served as the company’s commercial lawyer.
After eight exciting months at the fund, she decided to take a leap into a new and thrilling opportunity: Sales Manager at Luminance, a young startup backed by Slaughter and May London. She joined as the company’s fifth employee, when it had been operating for only three months, and spent more than three intense years traveling the world and leading the sales division, eventually becoming Co-Head of Global Sales and directly managing the sales teams in two of Luminance’s three offices (Singapore and London).
She founded Flabelus while still serving as Co-Head of Sales at Luminance, as a side project during the quieter months brought on by COVID-19 (February 2020). She left the company in September 2020 to fully dedicate herself to the growth of Flabelus as a global business, hiring the first employees in December 2020. Today, Flabelus has successfully established its presence in major fashion capitals such as New York, London, Paris, Milan, and Madrid, with twelve flagship stores and new openings planned in more cities. Moreover, its reach extends to over 50 countries, and its online platform has captivated a global audience.

The collection features both brand-new designs created specifically for this imperial narrative and reimagined versions of our most iconic styles, revived with new energy through shimmering fabrics, floral embroidery, jeweled details, and on-trend color palettes.
