Flabelus

Beatriz de los Mozos, CEO and Founder of Flabelus, studied Law and graduated as a lawyer from the University of Valladolid in 2014. She worked for one year as the first junior M&A lawyer in the Madrid office of White & Case. She later decided to leave the firm to pursue her passion and enrolled in the postgraduate program in Comparative Politics at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she graduated with honors.

After completing her studies, she continued her legal career in London at Chenavari Partners Fund of Funds, working as a commercial lawyer for the firm. Eight months later, she embraced a new professional opportunity as Sales Manager at Luminance, a startup backed by Slaughter and May in London. She joined as the company’s fifth employee and spent over three years leading international sales, eventually becoming Co-Global Head of Sales and directly coordinating the sales teams in the Singapore and London offices.

She founded Flabelus in February 2020 as a side project during the quieter months brought on by the pandemic. In September of that same year, she left Luminance to fully dedicate herself to growing Flabelus as a global business, bringing on the brand’s first employees in December 2020. Today, Flabelus has a presence in key fashion cities such as New York, London, Paris, Milan, and Madrid, with nearly forty flagship stores and new openings planned. The brand operates in over 50 countries, with its online platform connecting with a global audience.
