About Adolfo Domínguez

Adolfo Domínguez was born as a family tailoring workshop in Ourense in 1950. From the very beginning, it embraced a natural approach to fashion, moving away from rigidity. The brand introduced lightweight fabrics, brought back organic fibres like linen, relaxed silhouettes, and an aesthetic that makes room for imperfection. Its motto, “Wrinkles are beautiful,” sums up this philosophy: real beauty, without artifices. Over time, the brand has become a reference in Spain and gained international presence, with strong markets in countries like Mexico and Japan. Its iconic fragrance, Agua Fresca, has shaped the olfactory memory of an entire nation. 

Adolfo Domínguez was also a pioneer in becoming publicly traded within the Spanish fashion sector. Throughout its history, the brand has upheld a strong ethical commitment: eliminating the use of animal-derived materials and embracing sustainable processes. 
Today, the designer label founded by Adolfo Domínguez has 360 points of sale in 24 countries, as well as an online channel delivering to 26 countries, and a team of over 1,200 professionals.

"ZENIT"

ZENIT is a collection that seeks a moment of fullness. The zenith is when light reaches its highest point and the landscape seems to pause. That zenith moment —of expansive calm, of suspended awareness— shapes a series of dresses and patterns in shades of grey, with shadowing that evokes reflections on water and fabrics that suggest more than they reveal. 

As a counterpoint comes NADIR, the intimate reverse of that elevation: a shedding. Garments that seem to be in transition, in the process of being removed. Exposed linings, draping that falls like skin being released. The trench coat, once outerwear, is now a dress. The full collection explores that journey between what lifts us and what we leave behind.
