One of the models, BAKERTOP-X, is specially designed for bakers.

CHEFTOP-X™ and BAKERTOP-X™ are the new combi ovens designed by Unox to redesign the interaction between chefs and kitchen teams.

Both models are eco-conscious ovens capable of aligning their performance with chefs' expectations and tastes through baking feedback requests. The correct cooking programs are automatically initiated through visual recognition of food thanks to the implementation of artificial intelligence. Equipment that cooks, listens, sees, learns and improves through experience and interaction with the chefs.

Specifically, the BAKERTOP-X™ is designed for the bakery world. Its advanced technologies include Smart. Energy, which reduces the consumption of water, electricity or gas in programmes that exceed one hour of cooking time, and Sense. Klean, which estimates the degree of soiling of the oven and suggests the most suitable cleaning method, among many others.

Specialists in professional ovens

The professional oven market was enriched in 1990 with the creation of Unox. The company debuted with a product that was able to bake croissants and bread without defrosting. It quickly grew in popularity, becoming a benchmark in the sector thanks to AIR.Maxi, a technology that ensures uniform air diffusion by means of multiple fans.

In the 2000s, it has a presence in the main international markets and adopts the philosophy of Lean Manufacturing, increasing quality while reducing delivery times and production costs.

Today, the international expansion of the company continues, as does the expansion of the production plant. Unox is directly present with its sales offices and branches in 34 countries all over the world and the product is distributed in more than 130 countries.
