We would like to highlight two outstanding products that will be on show live at InterSICOP 2024: the Piccin Eco 8/R Energy 1000 L/H water economiser and the Los Palmaritos de Agostini chocolate coating.

The economiser is the ideal solution for reducing water consumption and waste. It has a closed circuit with multiple coolers that lower the water temperature from 35ºC to 18ºC and to which several machines can be connected. In addition to its high efficiency, it is compact and easy to install. Available with remote condensation or monoblock.

Agostini's Los Palmaritos 75% cocoa chocolate couverture from the Dominican Republic has 45% cocoa butter and a fluidity of 4.5/5. It is suitable for chocolate, confectionery and ice cream, and its use is recommended for dips, ganache/fillings, hot chocolate, creams and foams, as well as ingredients for artisan ice creams. It has an extraordinary aromatic character: relevant cocoa flavour, intense aroma of fresh fruit, acidic nuances, balanced in sugar and bitter on the palate.
