Schneider Commercial: well-packed bread
The distributor will show at InterSICOP 2024 a packaging and closing machine for bread bags of the brand Dovaina.
Comercial Schneider, which represents and distributes major international manufacturers of packaging equipment and machinery for the bread, chocolate and confectionery industries, among other sectors, will once again be present at InterSICOP 2024.
One of the highlights on its stand will be Dovaina's DPK 310 bread bag closing and packaging machine. The company designs, manufactures, automates, installs and provides maintenance for industrial coolers, bread slicers, packaging and closing equipment and conveyor systems in order to ensure a better bread-making flow in the production process.

Some of the advantages of the DPK 310: up to 3. 000 pieces per hour, easy and quick adjustment in less than 1 minute when changing the type of bread, adjustable bag closing height, integrated full or partial bag sealing, possibility to pack in paper bags, recipe change via HMI screen, one or two bag opening tables, date printing on the clip band (8, 11 or 16 symbols) by thermal or inkjet printer, three types of closure (clip, tape and twist) and the option to pack halves or several small products in one package.
This machine also incorporates a barcode applicator, labelling machine, additional roller conveyor for product pick-up and pick-up table.
