Fruit Attraction launches a new edition of Factoría Chef, the fair's gastronomic space
Once again, Fruit Attraction will have another edition with the Factoría Chef space, located in the core of connection of the pavilions 6 and 8 of the IFEMA fairgrounds MADRID
The Factoria Chef space will once again be present at another edition of Fruit Attraction. The space will be located in the connecting nuclei between halls 6 and 8 of the IFEMA MADRID exhibition centre. Factoría Chef will once more be a one-of-a-kind setting for promoting fruit and vegetable products to the international channel, in order to highlight the quality and excellence of these foods. It is also an opportunity to show the countless consumption possibilities offered within the hotel, restaurant and catering channel. The space will host attractive demonstrations and tastings of products by renowned chefs, and it will once again feature the collaboration of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
Companies participating in the Fresh Produce area at Fruit Attraction 2023 can apply to take part in Factoría Chef, the fair's gastronomic space.
Fruit Attraction, which will celebrate its 15th anniversary from 3 to 5 October, organised by IFEMA MADRID and FEPEX, expects participation figures of 1,800 companies from 55 countries, more than 58,000 m2 of fruit and vegetable offerings and an attendance forecast of 90,000 professionals from 130 countries.
