CHA UK GROUP at Fruit Attraction

The UK has a global reputation for horticultural innovation and know-how, providing high quality service.

The UK industry offers a comprehensive selection of products and services across the horticultural sector from traditional English growing, through to designing and manufacturing new growing systems, chemical free pest control and refrigerated transport.

Building on its enviable reputation for research, innovation and high quality standards, the UK horticultural supplies sector has introduced some of the world’s leading technology, processes and services, which are being used worldwide.

The Commercial Horticultural Association (CHA) is the British trade association for manufacturers and suppliers of plants, products and services to commercial horticultural growers throughout the world.

The CHA promotes its members’ products and services, plus UK horticulture as a whole, throughout the world at shows and via embassies and consulates, working closely with the British Government Department for Business and Trade (DBT).

A strong contingent of innovative companies will be participating on the CHA UK Group stand at Fruit Attraction.

Companies include:

AgriCoat NatureSeal: offering natural edible coatings for pre-harvest as well as post-harvest protection of fresh produce including Semperfresh coatings designed to extend the storage and shelf-life of whole fruits and vegetables.

Fresh4U Produce: importers and distributors of fresh produce, vegetables and fruits to clients, wholesale markets associates.

Martin Lishman: manufacturer and distributor of specialist agricultural equipment, with an emphasis on crop storage and quality monitoring, potato and fruit quality control and compact sprayers.

Coventry Chemicals: quality cleaning and disinfection solutions, formulated to address the specific challenge presented by disease causing organisms in the horticulture and food processing.

GPS Capital Markets: corporate foreign exchange brokerage firm, dedicated to handling company foreign exchange requirements.

Fresh4cast: bringing together relevant data streams, internal and external, into an innovative and simple user interface to improve planning and forecasting for perishable goods. The platform includes prediction models and planning tools designed around business-critical processes.
