Take part in Fruit Next
Fruit Attraction offers interested exhibiting companies spaces for presentations, conferences and technical seminars. The Fruit Next forums are equipped with furniture, PA system, projector and screen, and are located inside the halls:
- Space for approximately 45 to 50 people.
- The maximum duration of each presentation is 45 to 50 minutes.
- The cost of each conference at the Forum is €280* (VAT not included).
A reservation fee of €210* (VAT not included) will be required in advance, which will be refunded at the end of Fruit Attraction provided that the service has been used.
All presentations will be recorded and streamed on YouTube, and uploaded to the Live Connect platform and the fair's website. During the broadcasting of the presentations there is the possibility of uploading a video in FHD 1920 x 1080 with a duration of 15 - 30 seconds or an image of the company, with a cost of 500 euros, which would be broadcast at the beginning and end of the presentation, and then uploaded to the Live Connect platform and the activities section of the Web. Take part in Innovation Hub
As in previous years, Fruit Attraction is launching the INNOVATION HUBS AWARDS. These awards for innovation and entrepreneurship in the fruit and vegetable sector are aimed at those exhibitor and co-exhibitor companies that present the best project, produce or service for the sector, always assessing the approach of innovation, sustainability, applied technology and knowledge.
All candidates who meet the requirements will exhibit their products in the INNOVATION HUB area, an exhibition space for innovative products located in the passage between halls 4 and 6, during the 3 days of the fair. The registration and exhibition fee is €160 per product + VAT.
Requirements:
1.- Products, technological solutions or services for the fruit and vegetable industry.
2.- Exhibitor or co-exhibitor companies committed to the design, development and production of new products and/or innovative manufacturing processes, through the systematic application of technical and scientific knowledge.
3.- Product which commercialisation has begun after 1 September 2024.
4.- Products and/or services that have not been presented in previous INNOVATION HUB'S awards.
5.- A maximum of two products per company will be allowed.
Modalities and awards:
- FRESH PRODUCE award - 2,000€.
- F&V INDUSTRY award - 2,000€.
- SUSTAINABILITY AND COMMITMENT ACTIONS Award - 2,000€.

Description of the awards
These awards are aimed at those exhibiting companies that participate in the fair with a free design space.
The deadline for submitting applications will begin on 15 May 2025 and end on 15 September 2025.
The winners will be chosen by a Jury, which will be made up of prestigious professionals from the fruit and vegetable sector, the trade fair sector, architecture, interior design and experts in marketing and communication.
The prize consists of a diploma to be awarded during the fair and media coverage through FRUIT ATTRACTION's communication campaigns, publication on the fair's website, as well as content on social networks, a newsletter to our visitor database and a press release. In addition, each winner will receive a surprise gift.
Categories:
The same exhibitor may enter all 4 categories and may be the winner of all the categories in which he/she enters.
All entries submitted, and which meet the requirements, will be published on the fair's social networks.

Most Original Stand Award: creativity and/or innovation in the spatial and/or constructive proposal of the stand will be valued. Visual impact, ‘wow’ effect.

Best Designed Stand Award: the quality of the design, efficient distribution of space, functionality, innovation in product display, quality of materials and construction details will be judged. Successful communication of the brand and communication/merchandising elements. Overall coherence.

Rules for participation -
Visitors' Favourite Stand: The public will vote for their favourite stand according to their own criteria during the fair, via a QR that Ifema will only provide to exhibitors who have entered any of the above categories. The panels of the stand designs will be published on social networks in the days prior to the fair so that the public can familiarise themselves with them. There will be 4 prizes in this category divided into the 4 main areas of the fair: Fresh Produce, Auxiliary Industry, Fresh Food Logistics and Innova&Tech.
