Thanks to a high-tech design combining cameras and artificial intelligence, the machines of the Sortop range analyse each vegetable from all angles to perform extremely precise sorting, according to quality criteria defined by the customer. They analyse carrots and potatoes using a unique holistic approach, capable of reproducing the the subjectivity of the human eye. Its high throughput allows large quantities of produce to be processed simultaneously, ensuring high production capacity.

The range comprises the following three solutions:

• Sortop Carrots, developed specifically for sorting carrots;
• Sortop Potatoes, dedicated to potatoes;
• Sortop Multi, a versatile machine capable of processing both products on a single installation.
