VIP, the Valle Venosta fruit and vegetable growers' association, will present at Fruit Attraction the excellence of its apples, the fruit of a unique agricultural tradition and an extraordinary territory. Our most emblematic variety, Golden Delicious, will be the star, but we will also bring other varieties increasingly appreciated in the Spanish market, such as Red Delicious, Pinova, Gala and Fuji. Different varieties, each with its own distinctive characteristics, but all with an exceptional origin: Valle Venosta.

At our stand it will also be possible to discover our Club apples, a surprising proposal that is already winning over a growing number of consumers in Spain. We are committed to a fresh and different taste, designed to respond to constantly evolving tastes and trends.

But what really makes Val Venosta apples special?

The answer lies in the territory: we grow our apples in Val Venosta, an alpine valley in South Tyrol, Italy, characterized by a unique microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year, large temperature differences between day and night, and altitudes ranging from 500 to 1,100 meters. These ideal conditions favor slow and complete ripening, guaranteeing apples of superior quality in terms of flavor, texture and conservation.

In addition to all this, there is the work of 1,500 local producers, true guardians of the land, who cultivate 5,200 hectares of apple trees with passion and experience, following sustainable practices, often handed down from generation to generation. It is not for nothing that VIP is today the first European producer of organic apples, with the highest quality standards and the best certifications in the sector.
