Our solution is designed so that cooperatives, packing warehouses and fruit and vegetable centres can automate their logistics flows efficiently, without stopping production, without invasive works and with agile and progressive implementation.
Thanks to its modular design, the system allows loads ranging from light to 1,500 kg to be transported continuously and safely, using autonomous conveyors that run on electrified overhead rails, completely freeing up floor space. Each conveyor operates independently with distributed intelligence software, without the need for programming, which reduces implementation times and simplifies integration into already operational environments
One of the main technical advances offered by Singular Logistics is its Switch technology, a proprietary patent that eliminates mechanical detours and allows multiple carts to share the same track without the risk of collisions or downtime. The Flexitrack system also guarantees the scalability of the model, allowing for organic growth as production needs evolve.
