Orisha Agrifood launches the Nora brand
The company is integrating VisionAgro, NutriNAV, RutaNAV and VinoTEC into a single platform. This move aims to simplify the technology offering for businesses across the various agri-food sub-sectors. The solution is based on the Microsoft cloud and allows functionality to be scaled according to the needs of each business.
Orisha Agrifood, a European software developer specialising in the agri-food sector, is launching NORA, a new brand that brings together the VisionAgro, NutriNAV, RutaNAV and VinoTEC solutions. This move represents the next step following the integration of the Spanish companies Ayanet TIC, Gregal and TIPSA S.L. under Orisha Agrifood Ibérica, which until now had been operating these tools independently. This unification does not entail any changes to the specific functionalities of each tool, but rather a reorganisation of the product range under a single identity. NORA’s catalogue brings together products aimed at the various sub-sectors of the agri-food industry: food, cereals and animal feed, livestock, olive cultivation, fruit and vegetable production, and wine production.
A single ecosystem to ensure security and scalability
Orisha Agrifood offers a common technological foundation to companies with diverse activities within the agri-food sector. The solutions retain their specialisation, but are now presented as part of a single ecosystem. This approach results in a scalable platform designed to adapt to each company’s pace. Companies can start with basic functionalities and expand them gradually without having to deal with complex changes or costly processes. “With NORA, we want to simplify our message to the market. The brand represents all the sub-sectors we work with and reflects our approach to technology, which is accessible, specialised and at the service of agri-food businesses,” says Carolina Marín Suñer, CMO of Orisha Agrifood.
Microsoft cloud support to drive the sector’s digitalisation
A competitive advantage of NORA is that it is built on Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure, enabling it to adapt to different company sizes and levels of digitalisation. This creates a secure environment for its evolution, a crucial aspect now that the agri-food sector is accelerating the adoption of technological solutions to improve operational efficiency.
