Hortech presents the Slide EV
The Slide EV is designed to operate directly in the field with maximum efficiency and gentleness. Its inclined-belt harvesting system ensures a continuous flow of clean produce, minimizing handling and preserving crop quality. It is a fully controlled 48V electric machine. Precision. Efficiency. Evolution.
Crop protection. Thanks to a raised structure with over 40 cm of ground clearance, the machine moves on wheels without damaging the crop. This ensures higher yields and reduces waste.
Electric propulsion
The machine is equipped with a 48V system delivering a total power output of 20 kW. Each drive wheel features an independent motor, providing constant, controlled traction at all times.
Advanced steering
The Slide EV offers four steering modes: 4-wheel steering, conventional steering, front-only steering, and lateral steering (parallel movement). This allows for excellent maneuverability and adaptability to any condition.
Hydraulic system
Drawbar movement and steering are actuated by hydraulic cylinders powered by an electric motor-driven pump. The use of biodegradable, non-toxic Panolin oil ensures sustainability and eliminates the need for maintenance.
Control console
The console has been completely redesigned for simple, intuitive operation, thereby enhancing the operator experience.
