Fruits Ràfols strengthens its brands at Fruit Attraction
The company will present Sweet Panda, its new exotic fruit brand, the 2026 Sabor del Año award for Paso Lagarto avocados, and a new stand concept
Fruits Ràfols confirms, once again, its presence with its own stand at Fruit Attraction, which will take place in Madrid from 6 to 8 October. The company will bring its own Paso Lagarto avocado brand to the trade fair, recognised with the 2026 Sabor del Año award, and will present a new exotic fruit brand, Sweet Panda, aimed at differentiating and adding value to this category within its offering. The wholesaler will once again be located in Hall 10 of IFEMA, at stand 10C15, with a new stand concept that brings its “fruit of passion” tagline to life.
“At the trade fair, we meet with customers, suppliers and colleagues to take stock of the year and discuss the commercial, logistical and climate-related challenges that affect the wholesale distribution of fruit and vegetables. At our stand, we move agreements forward, explore new collaborations, showcase products and explain our brands,” highlights Helena Ràfols, Deputy Director.
Sweet Panda: Real Exotic Taste
Fruits Ràfols will present its new exotic fruit brand, Sweet Panda, at Fruit Attraction. The brand will bring together fruits such as passion fruit, lulo, pitahaya, babaco, baby bananas, tamarillo and sapote. The brand’s visual and verbal identity, developed by Credo, embraces a bold tone with a strong personality.
Sweet Panda aims to make the exotic fruit category more recognisable within the Fruits Ràfols offering, with a promise of consistent quality and a flavour that encourages consumers to come back for more. All of this is summed up in its tagline: Real Exotic Taste.
Paso Lagarto Avocados: 2026 Sabor del Año
Another of the new developments Fruits Ràfols will bring to Fruit Attraction is the recognition of its Paso Lagarto avocado brand as a 2026 Sabor del Año winner. The product achieved an average score of 8.94 for overall satisfaction and an 88% purchase intention among consumers.
For Helena Ràfols, the award confirms the company’s ability to select products and interpret market trends. “Wholesale, retail and FMCG channels are demanding, and Paso Lagarto delivers a creamy texture, optimal ripeness and an intense, natural flavour,” she explains.
A new stand brings “fruit of passion” to life
According to Raimon Solà, Communications Manager at Fruits Ràfols, the redesigned stand brings the “fruit of passion” tagline to life without losing sight of the quality of its service and products, or its multi-brand and multi-product character.
“The result will be a space with a very Ràfols personality: work, effort and passion. The new space will give prominence to our own brands, our product range and the sales team,” he adds.
