Daifressh Group is entering a new phase of growth, combining sustained business expansion with a more integrated supply model designed to strengthen supply security, flexibility and continuity for customers.

With more than 30 years of experience in fresh produce, the Group has increased its turnover from approximately €94 million to more than €150 million in three years, while doubling profits in 2025. This performance reflects a strategy focused not only on growth, but on building a stronger and more diversified business structure.

Combines own production, an international network of growers and strategic partners

At the heart of this strategy is greater integration across the supply chain, connecting production and sourcing at origin with logistics, consolidation and distribution at destination. Daifressh combines own production, an international network of growers and strategic partners with two consolidation centres in Central Europe, located in Poland and the Czech Republic.

This structure provides greater visibility and control across the supply chain, allowing the company to coordinate volumes, quality and logistics more closely and respond faster to changing market requirements.

“Our commitment to integration is based on a very clear idea: the closer we are to the origin and the better we connect it with our operations at destination, the more and better solutions we can offer our customers,” says Ana Claramunt, Managing Director of Daifressh.

Own production is becoming an increasingly important part of the Group’s supply strategy. Together with the development of new origins, it allows Daifressh to complement existing supply windows, diversify sourcing and create new opportunities for customers seeking reliable, tailored programmes.

The company is continuing to invest in production, new origins, infrastructure and operational capabilities, reinforcing a model that brings together sourcing, production, logistics and distribution across different markets.

“Our objective is to continue growing while strengthening the way we serve the market. Increasing our own production, developing new origins and reinforcing our operations at destination gives us more options to design the right supply programme for each customer,” adds Ana Claramunt, Managing Director.
