CNTA, technology can help the fruit and vegetable sector
CNTA will be at Fruit Attraction 2026 to demonstrate how technology can help the fruit and vegetable sector extract greater value from every kilo produced: improving quality and shelf life, developing new products, and transforming surpluses and by-products into new business opportunities. From October 6 to 8, in Hall 5, Stand 5A09.
CNTA will participate in Fruit Attraction 2026 with a proposal aimed at helping fruit and vegetable companies extract greater value from every kilo produced.
At our stand, we will showcase solutions and practical cases addressing three key challenges for the sector: improving product quality and shelf life, developing new, higher-value-added products, and transforming surpluses and by-products into new business opportunities.
Visitors will be able to discover applications of technologies such as NIR analysis, machine vision, biopreservation, non-thermal processes, fermentation, and by-product valorisation, together with demonstrations that illustrate their real-world application to fruit and vegetables.
CNTA to participate in the Biotech Forum
In addition, CNTA will participate in the Biotech Forum with a session focusing on how predictive quality, product innovation, and biotechnology can contribute to improving the competitiveness of the fruit and vegetable sector.
